  Please accept my apology for the delay which has been caused by the unavailability of shipping space from ...... to ...... during the new year season.
  Your order, however, was shipped on ...... on board ......(ship name) which is selling directly to ...... I enclose one set of shipping documents as follows:
  1. Non-negotiable bill of lading in duplicate.
  2. Commercial invoice .
  3. One copy of the certificate of guarantee.
