我公司将自2017年1月1日起使用公司名称为“新鑫海航运有限公司”的新提单，自2017年1月1日将不再签发公司名称为“中远集运东南亚有限公司”的提单。

公司有关账户名称更改、发票信息更改时间我们将另行通知。

Company Name Change Notification of  COSCO Container Lines South East Asia Pte. Ltd.

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed of the following matters regarding our company name change from COSCO Container Lines South East Asia Pte. Ltd. to New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd  (“Our Company”).

Our Company changed its official company name from COSCO Container Lines South East Asia Pte. Ltd. to New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd on October 12, 2016.

The terms and conditions of any contracts entered into by Our Company will not be affected by the name change. Any ongoing contracts, which are currently being performed by COSCO Container Lines South East Asia Pte. Ltd.will continue to be performed under the name of New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd.

Our Company will issue bills of lading under the name of New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd starting from January 1, 2017.
